Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To process your claim of return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only the original buyer can claim for return.
All claims for return should be made to Maple’s Sales, Inc. Buyer must obtain a RA (return authorization) number. RA number must be written on the package clearly and legibly. Any returns without RA number will be refused by us.
To be eligible for all returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In short, the merchandise should be in re saleable condition.
Return due to our fault
If we ship you incorrect merchandise, or you receive damaged or defective merchandise, which cannot be repairable with replacement parts, we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
Return due to your change of mind (remorse return)
You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return and there is a restocking fee of 25% of the merchandise amount.
